Electrical work needs to fit the equipment and the facility. We help define machine electrical requirements, investigate equipment issues and coordinate the resources needed for installation, modifications and commissioning.
Connect the machine scope with the site requirements.
01
Review the requirements
We review equipment documentation, supply requirements, control interfaces and reported faults. The scope distinguishes machine-level work from facility electrical infrastructure and identifies the parties responsible for each.
02
Coordinate the right resources
Installation, modifications, inspections and other regulated activities are assigned according to the project requirements. Access, shutdowns and interfaces with site personnel are established before work begins.
03
Support verification and documentation
Commissioning observations, drawing discrepancies and outstanding electrical items are recorded. Relevant documentation and follow-up requirements form part of the agreed handover.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Clear work. Useful outputs.
The final deliverables are agreed in the project scope. Depending on the assignment, they can include:
Defined machine electrical scope
Site and contractor interface requirements
Commissioning observations and outstanding items
Documentation and follow-up list
BEFORE WE BEGIN
A useful starting point.
These details help us understand the application and plan the next conversation.
01Electrical drawings and machine nameplate information
Only when explicitly included and assigned to appropriately qualified resources. The machine scope and facility scope are defined separately during project planning.
Can you coordinate with our electrician?
Yes. We can work with the facility’s electrical contractor and the equipment supplier to clarify interfaces and commissioning requirements.
